America is enchanted!
Our history proclaims a wealthy heritage,
gifted to us by a large variety of important
and influential men, women, and their philosophies.
The American Way ...the culmination
of millenia of thoughtful and profound design, it's
simplicity elegant, it's literal parameters the outer parameters of peace on Earth.

Our brave, intelligent, and heroic Forefathers considered
all of the governing systems in recorded history, separating the successful policies from the unsuccessful policies of ancient
methods of governance, including those described within The Torah and The Holy Bible, and those of The Holy Roman Empire,
the governments of Marcus Aurelius, The Byzantine Empire, the ancient Indian and Chinese Dynasties, et caetera. Then,
gleaning the policies which had proven to be successful, over time, making certain that none were in violation
of The Golden Rule [as sanctified within Article VIII: "...the year of our Lord seventeen hundred eighty-seven..."],
they blessed us with a method by which a pure democracy could be retained within the literal parameters of the Constitution
of the United States of America, in consideration that Plato had taught that the only fine political philosophy
is a pure democracy among all of the peoples.

The
too oft forgotten hero of the American Revolution is the great Dr. Benjamin Franklin. Without Dr. Franklin's final analysis
and authorization, a majority of the states' Representatives had refused to sign the proposed Constitution.
Prior to his confirmation of the perfection of the literal parameters of the Constitution of the United
States of America, Dr. Franklin studied the long-term ramifications of each statement according to the full definitions, word
for word, punctuation included, within the Unabridged English Dictionary of 1776 [Library of Congress], the common lexicon
of the day throughout England and the Colonies, finding the Constitution to be flawless, as worded.

Under
an oil portrait of Benjamin Franklin, which was commissioned by the Prince de
Chaumon, is
an inscription, in French, which compares Benjamin Franklin to Jesus:
"Honor
of the New World and of Humanity,
This lovable
and true sage guides and enlightens them;
Like another
mentor, he conceals from the common eye,
Under the
features of a mortal, a divinity."

LINEAGE OF RALFE DE DEIGHTON, CO-FOUNDER
OF NEW HAVEN, CT
A Puritan colony founded upon the laws within
The Holy Bible.
"The contest between arbitrary ["Rule of Law"] and constitutional government,
which had never ceased in England after King John signed the Magna Charta,
raged with unusual violence while the throne was occupied by the Stuarts."
"BOSTON, in it's infancy, welcomed all Puritan immigrants."

the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United
States of America;
the common lexicon of the day within the colonies.
Constitutional Protection Of Sources:
In April 2006, the Securities and Exchange Commission announced it's official position regarding subpoenaing
journalists, stating that it, also, will avoid issuing subpoenas "that might impair the news gathering
and reporting functions," given that such sources enjoy Constitutionally-protected Freedom of Speech."
In addition, everyone has my personal guarantee that I will invariably protect my sources, subpoena or no subpoena,
within the parameters of feasibility. I cherish, both,
The American Way and the safety of our sources.
In keeping with the American tenets of a pure democracy on the regional
level, while a pure republic on the national level, all publicly submitted facts, responses, news reports and analyses, questions,
debate points, favored links, et alii, will, upon request, be posted, un-edited and properly attributed,
for as long as the content is in keeping with a family-friendly site.
Thorough debates can function to the resolution of every resolvable
problem in the world.
As such, your input is invariably welcome, regardless
